Intercontinental Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui is a 500-room hotel located on the Waterfront of Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbor.

This Chiller Optimization Program was a comprehensive study of the chiller operation, outlining all of the options for energy savings, including operational and capital Improvement opportunities. The results were operational cost savings of 18%, with an additional 5% savings identified that required some Capital Expenditure.

Overall Energenz have helped the hotel save over USD 1M per year on their chiller plant.
